Nursery Story is Discover Asian World's listing for MBC's late-night anthology series 한뼘 드라마 (Hanppyeom Deurama, literally "Handspan Drama"), which the network's own archive presents in English under this same title. It ran on MBC from November 3, 2003 to March 31, 2005, airing Monday through Thursday at 12:50 a.m. (12:40 a.m. on Wednesdays).

The format was created and directed by veteran producer Hwang In-roe, previously known for the pastel-toned visuals of the drama Shampoo the Fairy and the film The Man Who Carries Flowers. Because each week introduced a new story with its own cast and writer rather than continuing characters, the anthology cycled through dozens of unrelated casts over its run; its opening arc, "What's Left in Her Refrigerator" (그녀의 냉장고 안에 머물러 있는 것), starred Jin Tae-hyun and Kim Hye-na. The Movie Database's catalog entry for this title, Nursery Story, credits actress Park Eun-bin, then an active child performer on several Korean networks, as its listed cast member and dates the segment to November 4, 2003, though which week's story she appeared in has not been corroborated by any other source, including her own detailed activity record on Namu Wiki.
