School 4

Set at Sewon Arts High School, the series follows the school's most difficult class and the two homeroom teachers assigned to manage it. Kang Se Chan, brought in as a top Korean language teacher to raise the students' scores, and Jung In Jae, who takes over as homeroom teacher alongside him, approach the classroom with opposing philosophies on how to reach struggling students.

Inside the class, Go Nam Soon, elected class president for the second-year students, tries to hold the group together while Oh Jung Ho, a member of a school gang, backs him up in his own way. Around them, the series follows students dealing with bullying, academic pressure from underachievement, and the weight of their parents' expectations, problems that Se Chan and In Jae's clashing methods are meant to address.

As Se Chan's score-focused approach and In Jae's more personal style repeatedly collide over how to handle the class, the two teachers are pushed to find common ground, with the students' struggles forcing both of them to reconsider what actually helps a classroom like this one.
