Synopsis
Ga Doo-shim transfers to Songyong High School carrying on a hunt her grandmother never finished. Her grandmother died trying to trap an evil spirit haunting the school, and Doo-shim, an eighteen-year-old shaman who can see ghosts, arrives cold and withdrawn, determined to find what killed her.
At Songyong, a malevolent presence possesses whichever student scores lowest on exams and drives them to take their own life. Na Woo-soo, a wealthy top student, gains the ability to see spirits after crossing paths with Doo-shim, and the two are drawn together once Woo-soo realizes his best friend, Kim Il-nam, has become the entity's next target. Hyun-soo, a student who already died at the spirit's hands, joins them as a ghost with his own stake in stopping it.
As Doo-shim, Woo-soo and Hyun-soo dig into the deaths, the trail leads back to the school's principal, Kyung-pil, whose secrets run deeper than a simple cover-up. The investigation ties his role in the possessions to the death of Doo-shim's grandmother, turning the search for a supernatural killer into something personal.
The group finally confronts both the demon and the principal, ending the threat and letting Doo-shim, Woo-soo and their classmates return to ordinary school life once the truth is out.
