Synopsis
Jeong Ji-an grows up in the care of her uncle, Jeong Jin-man, after her mother is murdered by her father, who then takes his own life. Jin-man raises her while secretly running Murthehelp, a warehouse that looks like an ordinary shopping mall on the surface but actually arms and equips the country's professional killers. When Jin-man is found dead in an apparent suicide, Ji-an inherits the business without understanding what it really is, and soon finds herself hunted by clients and rivals who assume she knows too much about its operations.
Flashbacks trace Jin-man's own history as a mercenary and his long-running feud with Bale, a psychopathic killer who becomes the season's central antagonist. To survive, Ji-an turns to the fighters her uncle once worked with, including sniper Lee Seong-jo and the S-class assassin So Min-hye, while her childhood friend Bae Jeong-min, now a hacker, helps her dig into Murthehelp's hidden records. Across eight episodes, Ji-an is pushed from a sheltered college student into the new head of her uncle's network.
