On the Wings of Love

Clark Medina, based in the United States, and Leah Olivar, a Filipino woman hoping to build a life abroad, agree to a marriage of convenience so that Leah can stay in the country. Rather than rushing past the arrangement's practical side, the series spends real time on the legal and financial mechanics of the setup, from the paperwork to the immigration interview both of them have to convincingly pass as a couple.

Most of the story unfolds among overseas workers and the communities they build abroad rather than back home in the Philippines, with Clark's found family, including Jacqueline Fausto, Sol Olivar and Diego Fausto, and the arrival of Simon Evangelista complicating the arrangement as Clark and Leah's staged marriage starts turning into something neither of them planned on.

On the Wings of Love aired on ABS-CBN, and worldwide on The Filipino Channel, from August 10, 2015 to February 26, 2016, starring James Reid and Nadine Lustre; its finale generated close to four million tweets.
