There is no officially confirmed real-life romance between the main cast members of Forever Young. However, fans widely speculated about a possible off-screen relationship between Kang Tae Oh and Nha Phuong, who portrayed the beloved couple Lee Jun Su and Linh. Their emotional chemistry and natural connection on-screen fueled numerous rumors of a real-life romance.

During and after the airing of the series, Kang Tae Oh and Nha Phuong were frequently seen together at press events, fan meetings, and promotional activities, which further intensified public curiosity. Although both actors expressed admiration for each other and spoke warmly about their close friendship, they neither confirmed nor denied any romantic involvement.

Interestingly, in real life, Nha Phuong eventually married Vietnamese actor and comedian Trường Giang in 2018. Since then, any speculation about a relationship with Kang Tae Oh has been considered part of the drama’s legacy rather than reality.

While their on-screen relationship in Forever Young was heartfelt and convincing, it did not develop into a confirmed romance in real life. Their bond remains one of the most memorable pairings in Korean–Vietnamese drama history.
